REDCO specializes in precision rubber covered rollers. Also included in our operation is a complete machine shop for the production of metal inserts and shafts for our roller business. We work with all types of thermo-set elastomers in our Molding Department and literally hundreds of different types of materials in our Die Cut Department. We staff an “in house” Chemist. We custom formulate and mix all of our own elastomers for the Roller and Molding Departments. We can customize the elastomers to meet your physical requirements! We can color match, meet RoHS, FDA, Mil Specs, UL and ASTM requirements. REDCO has a custom designed quality system in place to ensure compliance to all of our customer's requirements.
