Custom Rubber Molding
REDCO is your complete source for all precision rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts. We are compression and transfer molding experts. We have over 60 years of experience of chemically bonding our rubber to metal substrates.
Our goal is to achieve a bond that is stronger than the tear strength of the rubber used. REDCO processes all thermo set elastomers including Natural, SBR, Neoprene, Butyl, Nitrile, EPDM, Silicone, Polyurethane, Viton and Hypalon.
We formulate and compound our elastomers in house. We have a developmental laboratory with a full time Chemist.
We have two internal mixers and three mixing mills that produce high quality, small batch rubber compounds. We can customize any compound to meet your specific physical requirements. We incorporate a full machine shop to manufacture metal shafts or inserts if required.
We have a wide variety of molding equipment and sizes to accommodate any of your proto-type or production quantity needs. Combined with the testing and documentation we provide, you can be confident you are receiving a quality product.
