Die Cutting and Foam Fabrication

REDCO'S Die Cut / Kiss Cut Department is one of the busiest departments we have. We work with literally hundreds of different types of materials. We manufacture our own steel rule dies & have laser die availability.

We specialize in applied pressure sensitive adhesives from all of the major manufacturers and in kiss cutting.

Some of the materials we work with are rubber sheet, plastic films, foam products, cork, felt, sponge, vegetable fiber, fish paper, leather, non-asbestos sheet, cross-linked polyethylene, Teflon, Mylar, PORON, Kapton, Nomex, EFI/RFI materials and conductive materials.

REDCO'S product line of flexible plastic foams includes polyester, polyether, polystyrene and polyethylene, as well as filter foam.

All are available with and without pressure sensitive adhesives. They can be die cut, saw cut, kiss cut or laminated to plastic or sheet metal.
