At REDCO, we have a full-time Chemist on site. And, we have a complete developmental laboratory.
We incorporate two internal mixers and three mixing mills. We produce high quality, small batch, thermo set rubber compounds that provide our customers consistent results… results that have put us at the top of the rubber products industry.
It is our policy at REDCO to produce rubber products that meet and exceed our customer's specifications and REDCO'S own quality requirements.
Our customers routinely utilize our rubber engineering expertise to reduce time-to-market, enhance schedule flexibility, eliminate unnecessary cost and reduce risk.
We have a stringent quality system in-place. Our quality system is based on provisions incorporated in accordance with MIL-I-45208A, ISO 10012-1, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 and the Rubber Manufacturing Association Handbook, Sixth Edition, dated 2005.
